Psychotherapy for Children, Teens, and Adults
I have been a therapist for over 20 years. I love my work, and I genuinely care about my clients. I think being empathic and non-judgmental are crucial to being a good therapist. A truly skilled therapist will go beyond just providing support to helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, so that you can decide if you would want to change anything about your perspective, yourself, your relationships, or your circumstances.
Because every person and situation is unique, I tailor psychotherapy for each client based on what will be most effective and useful, rather than applying one standard approach. I incorporate a variety of approaches and theoretical models, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Family Systems Theory.
I know it is difficult to get a sense of a therapist’s style without talking dirctly. So, if you have any questions about my practice, my experience, or me please feel free to contact me.
